He was born in 1962. As the child of a civil servant, he lived in various cities and began his primary education at Konya Maarif College. In 1980, he graduated from Bornova Anatolian High School in Izmir. He then completed his medical degree at Ege University Faculty of Medicine. In 1991, he specialized in dermatology at Sivas Cumhuriyet University and later settled in Antalya. He is married and has two children. Dr. Kubilay Yücel – Dermatology Specialist continues his success with his expert and professional team. In 1992, Dr. Kubilay Yücel opened his private practice on Güllük Street in Antalya, beginning his medical career. In 1997, he founded the Derma Skin Diseases and Aesthetic Center. In 2008, he rebranded the clinic and continued his work under the name KUBİLAY YÜCEL SKIN DISEASES AND AESTHETIC CENTER. In accordance with the Ministry of Health regulations, on April 26, 2010, the clinic was officially named ÖZEL KUBİLAY YÜCEL POLYCLINIC. Additionally, on January 9, 2008, he was granted a trademark registration certificate by the Turkish Patent Institute.

Dr. Yavuz Tezcan was born in 1988 in Antalya. After completing his high school education, he graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul. He completed his specialization training at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital. After fulfilling his mandatory service in Sivas, he returned to his hometown, Antalya. After working at a private hospital, he joined the team at Özel Kubilay Yücel Polyclinic. Known for his expertise in his field and his patient-centered approach, Dr. Yavuz Tezcan is also a huge Formula 1 fan.
