Dr. Kubilay Yücel?
He was born in 1962. As a child of a government official, he lived in different cities and started his primary education at Konya Maarif Koleji.
He graduated from Izmir Bornova Anadolu Lisesi in 1980.
He then graduated from Ege University Medical School.
In 1991, he completed his Dermatology specialization at Sivas Cumhuriyet University and settled in Antalya.
He is married and has two children.
